It was my paternal new aunt's birthday on Monday. After resting for more than 4 hrs i started to get really restless..nda ku tahan nda buat apa2. Went to the kitchen and saw i had lots of waffles and cream cheese in my fridge. Eureeeekaaaa!!! Cheese Triffle Cupcake...demo 1.Hehe

It taste good and it was a sold out. But it is still on testing mode and definitely not perfect yet. I will be modifying it soon and will keep you posted.

Bungsu Nina made her famous oreo dessert a few nights ago..again psl the time b4 that ramai org nda ampit. Its nice..tapi nda mengalahi her strawberry triffle lah. Hehe..Lips smacking. I'm gonna try making her triffle next time..thats another entry.

I suggested to her a few nites back if she could use cream cheese instead of Nestle cream for her oreo dessert. Thinking about it, i tot i'll give it a try, if its heavenly, i would really recommend it to her.

Oreo Cheese Layer

Ingredients:

• 35 Oreo sandwich cookies
• 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
• 500g cream cheese
• 250ml thickened cream

1. Remove the cream/fillings of the Oreo cookies and layer the cookies at the base of a container.Make 2 layers
2. Beat the cream cheese until soft. Add the thickened cream and condensed milk. Do not overbeat, the mixture will get too thick.
3. YOu may add more condensed milk if you like.
4. Pour half of the mixture onto the layered Oreo cookies.
5. Placed another layer of cookied on the cream cheese. Do not use all, leave a few.
6. Pour the remainder of the cream cheese mixture into the container.
7. Break the remainder of the Oreo cookies into small crumbs.
8. Cover the cream cheese mixture with the small crumbs of Oreo cookies.
9. Fridge it for an hour or 2 for the cream cheese to set.

I find that the cream cheese was slightly hard. It still taste good but i think it could be better. I was thinking of using the tiramisu recipe..will give it a try next time. Hehe

Yesterday, we went to Cheddar. Awal pagi we already missed the first bus, had to wait another 30 mins for the next bus. Baik jua bus/coach station ani d belakang hotel kami. Nda jua jauh berjalan. We took the bus going to Weston-S-Mare and it took awhile to reach there. Tapi the view was fantastic tapi bus driver kami atu, berijap drive..pikirkan F1 kali. Anyways, when we arrived there, we had to find another bus to take us to Cheddar. We thought we missed the bus pasal we arrived arah the bus stop at 1010, according to schedule the bus left at 1006. Had to wait another hour, so konon kan jalan2 lah. But then we decided to wait saja, mana tau the bus late. Haha! ahir panya the bus, so we on it and are on our way to Cheddar. The driver ani lagi teruk, udah tah the road in the village ani damit, laju lagi tu. Aku duduk d arah window, ngilu ku wah, sikit lagi tersimbit dindin rumah org.

We arrived at cheddar almost an hour later. Wahhhhhhhhh..... its sooo cooooooolllllllllllll. We went to the ticket and information hut to pay for our entry fee. We spend about 92 pounds in total. We went on the tour bus, they bring us around the cheddar gourge..sajuk, lawa, pity nada nampak sheep! They dropped us off at the Cheddar Cave where we went around inside the cave. It was cool tapi sajuk hantap pasal it was wet inside the cave.

After that, biasa lah masuk gift shop. then we went to the cannibal museum...it was ok except for one of the tool they use for defloration of young girl. Ewwww.

From there we went to another cave, tapi aku nda masuk sampai hujung, they gave an exit before the deeper part of the gave. Haha, aku, my dad and my youngest sisters keluar.

Then we had ice cream. We bought some cheddar cheese. Tapi aku nda sampat melit how cheddar cheese was made psal nda cukup masa.

I taste some of the cheese...it was nyamannnn. I will post the pictures next tym ya. Ani kan breakfast, pick up my aunt n cousin arah bus station and hten the Bristol International Airport. We're going to Paris, baby!!
